Your charter will be an on-the-water fishing clinic, offering plenty of information, education, & hands-on instruction to help meet the fishing challenges on your day. Close attention will be paid to your skill levels and physical limitations if any.
Your fishing platform is a 20ft, high performance, tournament rigged bass boat, powered by a 150HP Mercury outboard engine, and an 80 pound thrust trolling/maneuvering motor. We carry all safety and emergency equipment, including a medical kit, required by the USCG. Our number one goal is your personal safety. As for the fishing, it always takes care of itself.

All Florida residents ages 16 thru 65 years need a Freshwater/Saltwater license. Residents 65 years and older need only show your Drivers License, as it is your Fresh & Saltwater license. All non-Florida residents 16 years or older will need a non-resident license for their angling needs.
To purchase your temporary fishing license, please call the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission at 1-888-347-4356, you may also use their website at www.myfwc.com/license.
A Florida fishing license is required to be with you at all times during your fishing charter.
Please read the following carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your charter reservation with us. Our policies go into effect upon receipt of your charter reservation deposit(s).
The terms, “we,” “us” and “our” as used on this page refers to VillageAngler.com (“Village Angler”).
All charters launch at day-break unless other arrangements have been made with your charter captain. Your designated charter captain will contact you to discuss launch-times as well as directions to the ramp. All launch-times must be arranged with your charter captain at least 12-hours prior to launch.
Payments are made directly to your charter captain if paying cash. Any charter reservation deposits (if applicable) will always be applied towards the charter's total cost.
Our charters operate rain or shine. Our policies go into effect upon receipt of your charter reservation deposit(s). All charter cancellations and re-schedulings MUST be made over the phone.
Charter cancellations made 2-days prior to your charter date, will result in a full refund.
Cancellations made within 2-days of your charter date, or failure to show up for your charter, will result in a $100.00 (including original deposit) cancellation/no-show fee.
Cancellations or pro-rated charter adjustments made dock-side by your charter captain due to safety circumstances and concerns such as severe weather are made at his discretion, and will warrant a partial or full refund accordingly.
The VillageAngler.com highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to help safeguard your Florida travel plans.
Each charter package is designed to provide the best fishing experience tailored to your preferences. Our advertized rates are based on parties of one or two guests.
All charters include a professionally-liscensed and certified guide captain, fishing gear, and safety equipment. As for the fishing, it always takes care of itself.
