How many people can I bring on my charter?

You captain's vessel is Coast Guard rated for three people (3). Special arrangments will be made for parties of four (4) or more people. The most common situation for large parties is to consider a multiple boat charter. For more information, please visit our Charter Details page.

How do I find directions to the ramp?

Your designated charter captain will contact you to discuss launch-times as well as directions to the ramp. Directions to the ramp, along with their GPS coordinates, can be found in the Our Lakes section of our website.

Do I need a fishing liscense?

All Florida residents ages 16 thru 65 years need a Freshwater/Saltwater license. Residents 65 years and older need only show your Drivers License, as it is your Fresh & Saltwater license. All non-Florida residents 16 years or older will need a non-resident license for their angling needs.

To purchase your temporary fishing license, please call the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission at 1-888-347-4356, you may also use their website at www.myfwc.com/license.

What if I get sick or have an on-shore emergency?

We will pro-rate your fishing charter for the time fished. Live Bait is an end-use expenditure at time of purchase from the bait house & is unfortunately non-refundable.

What do I bring with me on my charter?

• Soft drinks, bottled water & ice are provided with your charter. Clients may bring additional beverages and snacks if desired.

• Please bring proper attire and any medications, sunscreen, rain-gear, hats & sunglasses.

• Camera for those memory shots!!

Weather?

Your comfort & safety will be your charter captain's primary concern. All weather related issues will be addressed by you & your charter captain. Your fishing charter will be re-scheduled, or pro-rated accordingly. For more information on our fishing charters, please visit our Charter Details page.

I have a scheduling conflict, what are my options?

Notify your charter captain 48 hours prior to your charter date, so that your charter tour can be re-scheduled. For more information on charter dates, re-schedulings and reservations, visit our Charter Details page.

What if I am physically disabled or have a medical condition?

Your physical condition must be addressed by your designated captain prior to the successful booking of your charter.

What Equipment Will I Be Using?

We use right-handed level-wind bait-casters, and have right/left handed spinning reels for the lefties! We provide loaner rods for those clients who opt to bring their specialized reels. This saves you airplane baggage costs as the reels can be stowed in your carry-on luggage at no extra charge. Please notify your charter captain ahead of your trip for live bait availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our charters operate rain or shine. Our policies go into effect upon receipt of your charter reservation deposit(s). All charter cancellations and re-schedulings MUST be made over the phone.

• Charter cancellations made 2-days prior to your charter date, will result in a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 2-days of your charter date, or failure to show up for your charter, will result in a $100.00 (including original deposit) cancellation/no-show fee.

• Exception: Cancellations or pro-rated charter adjustments made dock-side by your charter captain due to safety circumstances/concerns such as severe weather are made at his discretion, and will warrant a partial/full refund accordingly.
